In close collaboration with the Head of Strategy at Bakkt, we embarked on product discovery and strategy initiatives to uncover innovative ideas for the enhancement of Bakkt's crypto and loyalty program features. This involved conducting thorough research and exploration to identify opportunities and develop a strategic direction.

To effectively communicate our vision and strategy to the leadership team, we designed interactive prototypes and prepared comprehensive board packs that showcased the proposed initiatives in a clear and compelling manner.
